OVERNIGHT VEHICLE DROP-OFF/PICK-UP DIRECTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS
Southern-Off Road Specialists has a dedicated overnight drop-off lot for customers with an appointment who would like to drop their vehicles off during our non business hours. This page will give you specific instructions on how to drop off your vehicle so that it stays safe and so that we can get to it first thing in the morning.
DIRECTIONS TO THE DROP OFF LOT
From Downtown Cumming:
Coming from downtown, turn on HWY9 / Atlanta Rd towards Buford Dam Rd. At the traffic light at the intersection of Atlanta Rd and Meadow Dr, turn right onto meadow Dr towards our facility. After turning onto Meadow Dr, take the first left into our facility. Here, you will enter our drop-off lot and you will see several spaces to park your vehicle.
From HWY 20:
Heading west on HWY 20 West towards downtown Cumming, turn right at the intersection of HWY 20 and HWY 9/Atlanta Rd. On Atlanta Rd, continue straight through the first stoplight in front of our building where Buford Damn Rd intersects Atlanta Rd. At the second stoplight where Meadow Dr. intersects Atlanta Rd, turn left onto Meadow Dr. After turning onto Meadow Dr, take the first left into our facility. Here, you will enter our drop-off lot and you will see several spaces to park your vehicle.
NOTE: DO NOT TRY TO ENTER FROM OUR ORCHARD CIR. ENTRANCE. THE GATES WILL BE LOCKED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REACH OUR DROP-OFF LOT.
KEY DROP INSTRUCTIONS
Upon dropping off your vehicle, head over to the 24/7 drop box mounted to the retaining wall at the parking lot. Open the drop box and you will find envelopes and pens as well as a slot to drop your keys. Take an envelope and write your name and best contact number on the envelope, seal your keys inside the envelope and drop in the drop box.
That’s it! We will retrieve your keys and move your vehicle to the main lot at opening the following morning.
AFTER HOURS PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Our drop off lot and lock-out box also allows for customers to pick up their vehicles after close of business. For customers who will be picking up their vehicle after we close, our drop box also has 4 pickup lock boxes that can secure your key in until you arrive. If you’d like to pick up after hours, coordinate with your salesman and they will give you a combination to allow you to retrieve your key.
